Confusing the issue of how to write an effective business news release is that the "requirements" seem to be constantly changing. This is partially due to evolving standards observed by search engines. These changes also apply to other forms of business writing such as articles, website blogs, case studies and white papers. While the shifting "rules" can be both frustrating and confusing, very few business owners and managers can afford to ignore new press bulletin guidelines if they want their press releases to be as effective as possible.
